FOSTERING IS THE BRIDGE BETWEEN HOMELESS AND HOME.

Providing temporary housing for animals prior to adoption is a wonderful way to contribute to saving homeless pets. It makes an enormous difference in the number of animals euthanized each year because shelters don’t have the space.

Each of these animals have their unique story. Pinky, for example, was found in the back of the animal shelter with a broken pelvic bone. She was in pain and had not received medical attention for weeks. Rover Rescue could not leave this sweet girl behind, so they paid for her sugery and then I brought her home. I administed medication twice a day and gave her lots of love and nuturing. Within a month she blossomed into an energetic and playful dog. Pinky found her furever home and has two sibling chihuahuas.
